Peter Wallenda
Peter Wallenda is a Paragliding and Paramotoring Instructor with both display and stunt flying experience. He was instrumental in establishing the sport in South Africa. He helped develop the guidelines for competition and free flying and served alternately as Chairman or Committee Member of the national paragliding body SAHPA (South African Hang-gliding and Paragliding Association) for 10 years. He manufactured paragliders, began the first dedicated paragliding school in South Africa and also helped establish the country’s first paragliding club, the Glen Paragliding Club in Cape Town, of which he is currently chairman. Nevil is probably South Africa's most experienced cross country pilot. He has been SA National Paragliding Champion and has flown in many Paragliding World Cup competitions over the past 10 years.

Greg Hamerton
Greg began flying in 1992 and became a paragliding instructor in 1994 (SA) and 1997 (UK). He has over 1500 hours and has flown over 100 different wings in the course of being an active reviewer for paragliding magazines. He took part in the Paragliding World Cup circuit in 1997, flying in Spain, Italy, France and Slovenia. His passion for open-distance cross country flying has seen him set local site records in the Western Cape province of South Africa (where he currently holds 7 site records). His passion for exploration and bivouac flying led to the filming of Fresh Air Riders (2000) with South African Hang-gliding Champion Johan Anderson and filmmakers Fresh Air Crew. Read more...
Bernie Kelly
Bernie has been flying since 2000 and has clocked up 980hrs airtime. Bernie loves XC flying and his wife Natasja. He is a very competitive pilot, and usually ranks in the top 5 in SA PG comps. Bernie is an entrepeneur, originally from Australia and currently living in South Africa. Bernie has flown many varied sites with the most
memorable in 2003 flying 147 km from Uzumalu to the Denizil valley in
